Hi, I’m Gandhar

I connect ideas, people, and technology to reimagine agri-food systems—blending my engineering roots with a public policy lens to drive lasting impact.

At the Singapore Agri-Food Innovation Lab (SAIL), I seed partnerships between corporates, startups, and researchers to co-innovate sustainable solutions for the agri-food sector.

As a development professional working with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), I spearheaded multiple pioneering initiatives in areas of digital and climate-resilient agriculture, skills development, and youth empowerment.

I started my career in public service as a Chief Minister Fellow with the Government of Maharashtra, India, where I contributed to several impactful development initiatives.

I have a Master in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, a bachelor’s degree in engineering from BITS Pilani, India, and a PMP® certification.

Besides work, I am an avid observer of global current affairs, politics, and technological trends shaping our world. I also dabble in trading and programming.
